A senior counsel, Waiswa Ramadhan has this afternoon perished in a car accident in Pallisa district.
Counsel Waiswa of Katuntu and Co. Advocates is remembered to have represented a 25-year-old Brian Isiko, the YMCA student who was accused of stalking the then Kabarole District Woman MP, Sylvia Rwabogo by sending her unsolicited love messages.
Waiswa is a brother to Bugweri County Member of Parliament, Abdul Katuntu and a sister to Capital FM’s journalist, Sania Babirye.
