The head of Kasangati Miracle Harvest Church, an offspring of Pr. Robert Kayanja’s Lubaga Miracle Centre, has blamed woes on believers who simply sit and look on without responding to God’s calling to fight the church’s enemies.
Pr. Regious Nakitto who doubles as the Senior pastor for Namulonge Miracle Harvest Church in Wakiso district, was on Sunday delivering a sermon during a thanksgiving service for Kasangati Miracle Harvest Church, where believers appreciated the Lord for various actions of success in their families.
During the service, baby Donald Michael Arubo, son of the church’s pastor Harold Adrabo, was dedicated to God, while Sammy Mike and Lydia Katongole who were recently wedded, also thanked God for the holy matrimony sacrament.

Pr. Nakitto sadly noted that while many born-again Christians exhibit a lot of commitment to their jobs, they do not show similar sentiments concerning God who, she said, is the one who blesses them with these jobs.
“We wake up very early every morning so as to be able to beat the monotonous traffic jams so that by 8.00am we are at our work stations, but where is this punctuality on Sunday and other times when we are supposed to come and do God’s work?” she wondered.
Explaining further, she complained that many Christians sit comfortably at home and when reminded of God’s undone work, they shamelessly answer that this is the work of the pastor and her ministers.
She reminded Christians that accepting Jesus as their saviour does not automatically guarantee them entry to heaven, and cautioned that those found guilty of not fulfilling God’s requirements will see them going to hell on judgement day.
Because of neglecting God’s work, she pointed out, today society is entangled in unending complaints of land ownership scuffles, unpaid wage arrears, prevalence of deadly diseases, lack of school fees and a host of other problems.
Earlier, Pr. Harold Adrabo noted that many Christians have failed to make breakthrough despite much prayer, and attributed this to the fact that many come to church without a clearly set agenda to present to their God for redress.
He said if you come to church with an undecided mind on what you want to communicate with your God, the devil continues to follow you and to hold you back with the motive of luring you back to his kingdom.
Believers were advised to always promptly present themselves to God for deployment whenever they hear His voice asking them to block gaps standing in the way of salvation.
