Rev Fr Vincent Rogers Kabuye Mukasa, the former Rector of Kisubi Seminary, has been appointed one of the Vicar Generals of Kampala Archdiocese.
Rev Fr Charles Male Ssentumbwe, the Chancellor, announced the appointment in a letter dated February 22 to all priests and the lay faithful in the archdiocese
“Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, I am writing to you on behalf of His Grace Paul Ssemogerere, Archbishop of Kampala to announce a new appointment within our Archdiocese. It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Fr. Vincent Rogers Kabuye Mukasa as one of the Vicar Generals of Kampala Archdiocese,” he announced.
“As Vicar Generals, Msgr. Gerard Kalumba and Fr. Vincent Rogers Kabuye Mukasa will assist the Archbishop in the governance and administration of the Archdiocese. We are grateful to Msgr. Charles Kasibante for his good service as Vicar General, God bless him,” he said.
