Bp. Banja also appointed the chief warden of Namirembe Cathedral, Bob Guwatudde to serve in the diocesan lands office.

The bishop of Namirembe diocese, Moses Banja on Friday October 17, 2025 reshuffled the clergy all over the diocese.
Bp. Banja declared the changes in the serving locations for the men of God in the diocese during the diocesan council which was held in Namirembe Synod Hall.
The changes which will be effected on January 1, 2026 goes as follows; Rev. Emmanuel Lutaaya from Namirembe Cathedral where he was serving as a Vicar to Kiwatule, Rev. Henry James Lukyamuzi from Kabowa to Namirembe Cathedral as Vicar.
Others are; Rev. Joseph Luvumu from Namirembe Cathedral as Assistant Vicar to Namasuba parish, Rev. James Kalongo from Kireka to Kikandwa, Rev. Nathan Nsubuga from Bbuye-Kigowa to St. Rachael-Bulange, Rev. George William Kyeyune from Kiteezi to Kiryagonja, Rev. Nathan Mugalu from Mwererwe to Namulonge and Rev. Gerald Ssenabulya from Kikandwa to Namirembe Cathedral as Asst. Vicar.
Rev. Daniel Sserumbawo from Kkungu to Kiteezi, Rev. Dithan Ssekitoleko from Nateete Archdeanonry headquarters as Asst. Vicar to Lubowa-Lweza in the parish which is under formation, Rev. Godfrey Mahonje from St. Stephen’s Lungujja to Masanafu, Rev. Douglas Sseninde from Munfuufu to Namayumba, Rev. Godfrey Kyanda from Kyebando to Wampeewo and Rev. Bobson Musamali from Kiryagonja to Mwererwe.
Rev. Solomon Matovu who has been appointed to serve as the Luzira Asst. Vicar, Rev. Richard Luttamaguzi from St. John’s Lubowa to Kavumba as Asst. Vicar, Rev. Fredrick Lubega from Luzira to Kyebando, Rev. Dickson Nsubuga from St. Rachael-Bulange to Kabowa, Rev. Kenneth Ssentambaazi from Kavumba as Asst. Vicar to Nateete as Asst. Vicar, Ordinand Peter Nsumba from South Africa to Katwe II and Ordinand Simon Lule from South Africa to Kungu.
