Burkina Faso Joins Ghana, Rwanda, Kenya to Ease Travel Restrictions for Africans

Burkina Faso has introduced visa-free entry for all African travelers in an effort to increase the movement of people and goods into the country.

African visitors will still need to complete an online application for approval. Burkina Faso now joins countries like Ghana, Rwanda, and Kenya, which have eased travel restrictions for Africans.

Citizens of West African states already enjoy visa-free entry, though this could change in the future after Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger pulled out of the regional bloc, ECOWAS.
