In the divorce battle between the Kampala University founder, Prof. Badru Kateregga and her estranged wife Jolly, court ordered for a DNA test to prove the paternity of their three children.
However, the latest development in the matter shows that the results from the DNA test which was ordered by H/W Opio Charles Kangira, Magistrate Grade One, Chief Magistrate’s Court of Makindye has revealed that Prof. Badru Kateregga isn’t the biological father of one of his 3 children with wife Jolly.
Prof. Kateregga alleged that Jolly has repeatedly assaulted him, one of the grounds he wanted their marriage to prematurely end. However, Jolly denied the allegations saying that Kateregga is just looking for excuses to sideline him from their hard-earned property.
