A chilling family dispute has led to the arrest of three individuals in Mukono District, suspected of orchestrating the brutal murder of 56-year-old Charles Kisekka. The deceased, who had been reported missing by his family, was later discovered lifeless, his body dumped in a swamp in Nakisunga sub-county.

According to investigators, Kisekka’s death was the result of strangulation. Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson, Rachael Kawala, confirmed that the three suspects arrested include Kisekka’s widow, his son Kiberu, and his son-in-law Makumbi.

The motive behind the crime appears to be rooted in a family dispute over Kisekka’s objections to his daughter’s relationship with Makumbi.
