Game Ranger Shoots Dead Man Found Cutting Grass for Animals in National Park

The residents of Sebei region have cried out for police to investigate the incident that has involved the shooting to death one of them who was found cutting grass for animals in a National Park by the game ranger. 

The residents have identified the deceased as Markos Kipsang from Bukwo. It is alleged that Kipsang was shot dead by the game ranger and his only crime was trespassing into the Mt. Elgon National Park.

A concerned resident posted on X asking for justice for the deceased and his family. It is also purported that the number of residents being killed by the rangers for trespassing into the Mt. Elgon National Park are increasing day by day.
