President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has appointed the new Internal Security Organisation (ISO) Director General.

The newly appointed ISO Director General is Arthur Mugyenyi, replacing Brig. Gen. Charles Oluka who died on January 29, 2025.

The President has also appointed Tony Kinyera Apecu as Deputy Director General of ISO, replacing Col. Emma Katabazi, who has been transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
