A security guard, Webisa Marvin, 37, is set to appear in City Hall Chief Magistrate’s Court today, facing charges of rape, murder, and aggravated robbery in connection with the shocking murder of Diana Namulinde, aka Diana Skyz.
Marvin, who worked at the apartments where Diana lived, was arrested with her personal belongings, and police allege that he sexually assaulted her before killing her and stealing her property.
His arrest followed a police operation in which he was reportedly found in possession of personal items belonging to the deceased. This discovery raised immediate suspicion and led to his detention as inquiries into the murder intensified.
