Suspected Killer of City TikToker Diana Skyz Charged, Remanded Over Rape, Murder

A 22-year-old security guard, Marvin Webisa, has been charged with rape, murder, and aggravated robbery in connection with the death of TikToker Diana Namulinde, aka Diana Skyz. Webisa, attached to Gideon Security system, was arraigned before City Hall Court, where charges were read against him.

Prosecution alleges that Webisa had unlawful sex with Diana, killed her, and stole her belongings, including phones, a power bank, and cash.

Senior state attorney, Mercy Yamangusho Khaidarah told court that on February 4, 2026 at Kyanja Kwata Zone, the security guard had canal knowledge of Diana Namulinde without her consent contrary to section 110 and 111 of the Penal Code Act.

Webisa has also been charged with murder contrary to section 171 and 172 of the Penal Code Act as well as aggravated robbery contrary to section 266 and 267(2) of the Penal Code Act given the fact that he robbed phones, power bank, suit case, bag, and sh18.6m belonging to the deceased.

The accused however didn’t take plea since the matter is grave in nature and can only be tried by the High Court.

The prosecution told court that investigations into the matter are still ongoing and was remanded to Luzira until March 3, for mention of the case.
