Police in Kampala are investigating the murder of 24-year-old Diana Namulinde, a businesswoman and social media content creator, who was found dead in her Kyanja apartment.
Namulinde, popularly known as Diana Skyz, a prominent TikToker was allegedly murdered on Tuesday night.
Luke Owoyesigyire, the Kampala Metropolitan Police Deputy Spokesperson has confirmed that the case involves aggravated robbery and murder by strangulation, with three suspects identified and two arrested.
Owoyesigyire says that the security guard at the premises was caught with stolen items, including belongings of the deceased.
“Homicide detectives and Scene of Crime Officers documented the scene, recovering exhibits and recording witness statements. Namulinde’s body is at KCCA Mulago City Mortuary for postmortem examination,” Owoyesigyire said. The investigation is ongoing, with police urging the public to cooperate through giving relevant information.
