Musembya was a pupil in Namasagali Primary School and he died on Wednesday at Kisaikye zone A in Namasagali sub-county, Kamuli district.

Busoga North police spokesperson Samson Lubaga said the deceased sought permission from his mother not to attend school as he was feeling unwell, but later sneaked away and joined stone quarrying youths.

Being a rainy season, the quarry walls, apparently weakened by rain water, gave way and curved in and buried him.
