High Court Judge, Jane Okuo Kajuga has threatened to apply legal discretion in the case where Daniella Atim sued singer Joseph Mayanja aka Jose Chameleone seeking separation, and decide over the most crucial components of the case before her, including division of their wealth on separation, and custody of the children.
This follows continued disagreement in the case in which Daniella wants court to hand her ownership of their home at Sseguku and other property, in addition to continuing to stay with their five children while he continues to provide them with upkeep and other support.
Daniella who is based in the US and keeps pleading via the zoom system, and her embattled husband Jose Chameleone are both unwilling to bend to court advice to settle the matter between themselves, with either side standing its ground.

Sources indicate that Chameleone’s efforts to plead with his wife to be contented with their separation and desist from pushing him on the wall by asking for his property including his house, fell on deaf ears with the wife showing no signs of relenting on her prayers.
The judge adjourned the case to give them chance to come to terms and avoid separating in a bitter row, advising them however that court has the discretion to decide as it deems fit if everything else hits a snag.
