Centenary Bank has donated four hospital beds to St. Francis Nkokonjeru Hospital which is located at Nkokonjeru Town Council in Buikwe district.
The beds were on Friday delivered by the leadership of Centenary Bank Mukono Branch led by the branch manager, Adolf Celestine Owora and received by the hospital management led by the hospital administrator, Rev. Sr. Nantongo.
According to Owora, this initiative is geared towards empowering communities and enhancing health and wellbeing.
Started in 1926, by Mother Kevin, the foundress of the Little Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi, the 99-year-old St. Francis Hospital Nkokonjeru is set to celebrate 100 years of existence come 2026.
