The Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) fraternity in Busiro South is mourning the sudden and tragic loss of its Coordinator, Ndyaguma Justinian, who died in a fatal road accident on Tuesday night.
Ndyaguma lost his life after he was reportedly knocked down by a vehicle, registration number UAU 713M, a Nissan, in Garuga, Entebbe. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
His passing has sent shockwaves through PLU members and supporters, who described him as one of the most dedicated and active mobilizers in the area.

Colleagues say he served with unwavering commitment, often going beyond the call of duty in support of both the Patriotic League of Uganda and the National Resistance Movement (NRM). His passion, loyalty, and selfless service earned him admiration among peers and community members alike.
“He was a hardworking cadre, a dependable colleague, and a true patriot,” one associate said. “His contribution to the movement and to the people of Entebbe and Busiro South at large will not be forgotten.”
Friends and fellow members remember him as approachable, disciplined, and deeply committed to the cause he believed in. His death leaves a significant void within the Entebbe and Busiro South PLU structures and among those who worked closely with him.
Ndyaguma untimely death marks a painful moment for the PLU community in Entebbe, as tributes continue to pour in honoring his life and service. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
