Police in Kyegegwa District have arrested two suspects in connection with the murder of three people in one home in Karokalungi LC I, Kyamagaba Parish, Nkanja Sub-county.
The deceased have been identified as Kansiime Christine, 28, her one-year-and-three-month-old daughter, Miracle, and Joan A, 19, a domestic worker employed at Christine’s home.
The triple murder occurred on October 7, 2026, prompting a police investigation to establish the circumstances surrounding the killings and identify those responsible.
According to police, a sniffer dog named Bruno helped investigators track a human scent from the scene to Bwiliza Ndolobwile Village, where clothing belonging to one of the deceased was recovered.

The tracking trail reportedly led officers to the home of Bageza Tonesiti, where the clothing was recovered.
