James Mugenyi, a bodaboda cyclist in Lusaze cell, Lubaga Division, left fellow cyclists puzzled on Thursday morning when he mysteriously fell off his bike and died instantly.
According to Richard Sande Kaliisa, a brother to the deceased, he had just returned from his home village in Hoima district, but that he did not have any health complaints.
