Kabale DPC Charles Okello confirmed having received all three reports and said police full investigations are underway.
Bakkabulindi’s mother, Kikanshemeza suspects that her son could have been lured into a trap by crafty people, and added that the family is now financially constrained as they have injected resources in all suggested avenues promising recovery of their child.
The down hearted mother told our sources that since the disappearance of her first born, she developed frozen spirits and, coupled with the fruitless financial expenses incurred in attempts to recover him, she does not know what to do next.
