Tonny Tumukunde, the speaker of UCU alumni Association and former classmate of Okiot says they were friends who laughed, partied and read together.

“We shared rooms when we came back from night life. We survived an accident just a few days before my introduction! I saw you being cut out of the wreckage and felt life is just a mere paper! Rest well brother,” Tumukunde wrote on his X handle.
