Police in Katwe have arrested three suspects in connection with a widely circulated video showing a group of men scaling a perimeter fence and violently assaulting an individual inside a private compound in Makindye Division.
The arrests were carried out during an intelligence-led operation targeting suspected criminal gangs in the area.
The suspects have been identified as Sali Ethan, also known as “Unruly,” Sali Isaac, and Sejongo Isaac. They are currently in custody as investigations continue.

According to police, the video—now spreading rapidly on social media—appears to show multiple individuals forcefully entering the premises before attacking a person whose identity and whereabouts remain unknown.
