Fear has gripped the staff of Stanbic Bank Masindi branch after receiving the sad news of the death of their branch manager, Hilda Rwabugaya.
This website has learnt that Rwabugaya died after collapsing in the bathroom at her residence in Masindi town.
She was allegedly found in her bathroom by the tenants who rushed her to Supreme Medical Centre in Masindi town for medical attention.
“However, the doctors instead referred us to Kitara Medical Centre, but after reaching the facility, Rwabugaya died. She has been a very cooperative and loving lady who had no grudge with anyone,” a neighbour said.
Rwabugaya died on January 8, 2024, at about 9:00 am at Masindi Kitara Medical Centre.
“It’s terrible news. We have lost someone who would help us a lot whenever we approached her, especially the people of Bujenje,” Julius Kahira, the former district councillor, who also hails from the same village, said.
