Rubaga Chief Magistrates Court has remanded five individuals accused of selling counterfeit tickets for the Uganda Vs Guinea World Cup qualifier match.

The suspects identified as; Kaga Ibrahim, Ssenkangu Ronald, Lubega Moses Mukiibi, Musasizi Stuart and Bukenya Ephraim have appeared before the magistrate who read to them the charges of peddling fake Uganda Cranes football tickets to unsuspecting football fans.

During the suspects’ court appearance on Monday March 31, 2025, the five accused persons who pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against them have been remanded to prison until April 16, 2025, pending further investigation.
