Over 300 students of Nyapea Secondary School in Zombo District have been suspended for two weeks following a strike that broke out at the school on Monday and resulted in the destruction of school property.
According to school authorities, the unrest was sparked by several grievances raised by the students, including poor feeding at the school, slow progress in infrastructure development, allegations of corruption, and the transfer of one of their teachers.
