Justice Wilson Masalu Musene was born on March 6, 1956 to Karesemu Musene and Sambula Aida. He got married to Nakawoya Joyce.
Education background
He went to Bufuni primary school P1-P2, Bukalasi primary school P3-P5, Mulatsi primary school P6-P7, Nabumali High school O’level 1971-1974, Nabumali High School A’level 1975-1977, Makerere University Bachelor of Law 1977-1980, Law development Centre 1980-1981, in 2005 he went to Copenhagen business school Denmark, Diploma in Law, in 2014-2016 he acquired Masters of Law.
Career background
On March 3, 1980 he enrolled as advocate of High Court of Uganda, May 1983 he was appointed as Magistrate Grade One and posted to Kapchorwa Magistrates Court, 1989 he was transferred to Tororo and appointed as Chief Magistrate, 1990 he was transferred to Kabale as Chief Magistrate, in January 1992 transferred to Mengo and Chief Magistrate, January 1993 Chief Magistrate Mubende, January 1994 elected as a constituent Assembly Member for Minjiya County for 1995 constitution. 1997 transferred to Nasaka, 1999 confirmed as registrar Supreme Court, 1999 was confirmed as registrar courts of judicature, in 2010 appointed as high court judge of the High Court of Uganda, he has been regional representative of productive health Uganda, board of trustees Mbale sports club, chairperson board of governors Bumayoka Seeds Secondary School, he has also been a member of Common Wealth Magistrates and Judges Association.
