The 86-year-old Gen. Moses Ali has today joined the rest of the ruling party, National Resistance Movement’s (NRM) big wings to pick nomination forms to contest for party primaries. Gen. Moses Ali, the Second Deputy Prime Minister is seeking another term as MP for East Moyo County. He has represented the constituency since 2011.
“We need to stop politics based on fear and dividing people. The people of Ngariam need leaders who bring them together and give them power, not those who create mistrust,” said Otuko.
