Luuka South MP, Stephen Kisa who is also a parent of the school, appealed to parents to stand with their children in all their endeavours, so that they grow up well knowing that they have their support to get to all heights in their life.

The Parish Priest for St. Peter Clever Catholic Parish in Iganga district, Rev. Fr. Mark Dagan Mulyanti has appealed to Primary candidates to strive to emulate Jesus who exhibited amazing wisdom at an early age, and invoke communities to wonder where they got such untold wisdom from.

The priest who was on Saturday conducting a dedication prayer mass for P7 finalists of Seeta Junior School Mbalala campus, assured the learners that if they put their trust in the Lord, He will in turn go beyond human laws and grant them the desires of their hearts to the fullest.

Fr. Mulyanti encouraged the young learners not to look at final examinations as a mystery, and assured them that they have all it takes to shine and excel, and that once they place their trust in the Lord, a bright for them is unquestionable.

He also asked them to repent of any wrongdoing they may have made to their parents, by commission or omission, saying this will be an invocation to the parents to give them more blessings.

The head of the Muslim community in the school, Sheikh Nuuh Kinene Mutyaba who spoke on behalf of the Liturgy Department, thanked the school administrators for giving religious leaders of all denominations the opportunity to develop the learners’ religious virtues without discrimination.

Sheikh Mutyaba disclosed that a new programme to take Muslim learners to visit holy sites in Mecca and Medina, Saudi Arabia, is underway.

Kisa also thanked Seeta Junior School management for providing a holistic and reliable system of education for the nation’s children, saying it is a beginning step in bringing up upright citizens of the country.
He implored parents to guard them well during the vacation so that they get to their next level of education healthy in body and mind.

The Deputy Head teacher, Kyazze Paddy said 204 finalists are set to write their PLE examinations falling on 3rd and 4th November 2025. Kyazze expressed optimism that they are promising because they have been handed the best prerequisites for the best grades.

He disclosed that the school’s chess club emerged the best in the country, adding that in December, they are going to represent the country in the East African regional tourney.
Simultaneously, Rev. Fr. John Mark Walugembe, the Assistant Administrator for Rubaga Cathedral prayed for the S.6 finalists for Seeta High School Mbalala Campus, and told them that attachment to the Lord is the source of success.

Fr. Walugembe added that by dedicating the learners to the Lord, schools are fulfilling a very essential component.
He also told the students that society is confidently looking at them for excellent results, and reminded them that by fearing to take on the examinations with boldness, they may be betraying society’s confidence in them.
