“Congratulations Michelle Daka on winning Miss Universe Uganda!! Having known each other since we were 16, I know how much you have chased your dreams of being a top model and I know how much you have always wanted to be on the biggest runway stages and pageants. And now at 29, your dream has finally come true,” Sheilah wrote.
