For now, Evelyn maintains that her position at NRG Radio is not in Sheilah’s hands, saying the station will determine her fate independently. “When the right time comes, NRG will fire me, but not under Sheilah’s influence,” she said.

The public spat between socialite Sheilah Gashumba and media personality Evelyn Mic has taken another dramatic turn, with Evelyn hitting back at Sheilah over claims that she could influence her dismissal from NRG Radio.

In her latest outburst, Evelyn dismissed the idea that Sheilah has the power to get her fired, insisting that any decision about her future at the station would be made by NRG Radio—not at the request of the socialite.

“You can’t fire someone from where you were fired,” Evelyn said, taking a direct swipe at Sheilah.

Evelyn also challenged claims surrounding businessman Alex Bidandi and his association with luxury car dealership Mighty Rides. She alleged that Bidandi is a car broker who drives different vehicles for marketing purposes rather than being the permanent owner of the cars he is seen driving.

“Alex Bidandi is a car broker at Mighty Rides. We all know the real owners of Mighty Rides. Alex has never driven a car on a constant as his. He drives these different cars for marketing, the same way all brokers do,” she said.

The media personality further took aim at Sheilah’s lifestyle claims, particularly where the socialite lives.

“Yes, I live in Makindye Buziga, but she (Sheilah) lives in Kyebando, Mawanda Road, not Kololo as she alleges. I view Lake Victoria from my balcony; she views Mulago Hospital,” Evelyn remarked.
