Born Again believers have been urged in the new year 2025 to work together as one of the ways that will help them to move to another level if they are to succeed in this life.
These were the words of Pastor Samuel Lwandasa, President of the Love, Peace and Unity Pastors Destiny Forum Uganda and the bishop of Mt Lebanon Christian Center Cathedral in Uganda, while leading a crowd in the 2025 New Year’s Eve prayer in the churchyard.

The pastor said that if the government, schools, churches and the country as a whole are to move forward, people should walk together and unite avoiding conflicts and divisions. He also based this year’s theme on Ephesians 14:10-11” A Year of Accomplishing the Five Gifts in the World.”
He also urged politicians as we enter the election period to avoid division politics and wars, but to work together for the good of their communities and the country at large.
Mukono Central division chairman, Robert Kabanda thanked the people of Mukono for their unity last year; cursed those who criticized the leaders and those who did not appreciate the work they have done.
Kabanda was dismayed saying the people of Mukono have made it a habit to litter everywhere they cut but they have put the blame on them but they know that this is everyone’s responsibility.
End of year prayers were led by Pr. Samuel Lwandasa and Margaret Lwandasa with the guests from India led by Bishop Sion Rajkumar and Pastor Veerabhadra Rao.
