Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) has lost its former press secretary and a veteran political activist, Sarah Eperu. The news of Eperu’s demise has been announced by former FDC president, Rtd. Col. Dr. Kizza Besigye on Sunday Evening.
Eperu is said to have died at LifeLink Hospital in Namugongo at around 8:30pm as she had been rushed there for medical attention after complaining of general body weakness.
FDC party from its X handle: “It is with heavy hearts that we announce the untimely passing of our comrade and dedicated member of the party Hon. Sarah Eperu.
Hon. Eperu served the party in various positions as the former Spokesperson of the Women’s League and, until her passing, as the Chairperson of the Kapir County Constituency Branch in Ngora District.
